Mexico Lindo in Nortd Myrtle Beach

The usual Mexican stateside food. Tasted good, but not great. Place was a little rundown.

Food wasn't bad, but the service was very lazy and we didn't get one of our dishes. When we said something about missing an order, there was no apology despite the fact that the rest of the table had finished eating already. We were not given a discount for dish or anything. The server never acknowledged the mistake. My wife and I waited tables for years and we know mistakes happen but this was very poorly handled.

Paul our waiter was very nice and attentive. Food was good and large portions. Price was reasonable.Will visit again.

Great food at cheap prices. Drinks were cheap but hardly had any alcohol in them. Not the nicest looking restaurant, a little tacky.

the quesadillas at Taco Bell are better than these! ordered one cheese quesadilla and it was just thrown on a plate, no presentation at all. it tasted super bland, exactly like grilled cheese (only used American cheese) i could have made this at my house. the only thing saving this review from going into one-starville was our nice waiter. not coming back here ever.

Wow! Seriously some of the best Mexican food I've ever had and I am a Mexican snob haha. Wonderful drinks, and the salsa is seriously out of this world. I can't wait to go back when we return to Myrtle Beach.

Cheap and good. Shared a monster burrito for $12 with my wife. Chips were cold though so the 4 stars.

I used to eat here for lunch quite often. One of the better Mexican restaurants on North Myrtle. Last night however did not go so well. First off, there were 3 cars in the parking lot, so, they were not busy at all. My wife, children, and I sat down around 6:30. We didn't get our food for a good 40 min. When we did, half of it was cold and not so satisfying.

The food is really good and the staff is super nice!

Authentic Mexican

We have been to this place twice and each time the food was awesome and we all had a great time!

Yuk! The place on the outside looks like it has a lot of potential to be an Atlantic Mexican restaurant, sadly it isn't. The nachos clearly came right out of a bag and the salsa out of a jar. The dishes we tried could have been microwaved frozen food and were anything but authentic.

Food here was great! Service was very attentive. The prices are good and the adult beverages were made perfectly. Will definitely be visiting again.

We were promptly greeted and seated right away. The chips and salsa came out fast. The server was friendly (although a little shy) and greeted us in about 2 minutes. Food was delicious and bountiful! But best of all... We have an 18 mo old who is crazy. She won't sit still. Numerous employees made us feel welcome and were kind to our daughter and brought us extra napkins bc obviously we were making a mess. It's simple and small stuff that makes a difference for me. But the food was great too, even if it was pretty standard for Americanized Mexican food. Very tasty. Would eat there again!

Good food. $10.99 buffet has lots of options and was good enough for the price. Churros for dessert! Not a 5 star but was great for May 5th.

Food was fabulous! Service was excellent! Margarita was huge, inexpensive and really good! No wait. My only suggestion is that the owners should invest in more lighting on the outside of the building because we thought it was not open and almost missed a great place.

Used to be a nice place,not anymore.first off service was terrible,our waitress never came to check on us,had to ask someone else for a refill,and still never received it.second the food was dry and had no flavor,and third went to the restroom and there was toilet paper all over the floor,wallpaper ripped and hanging and gnats flying everywhere.very very disappointed. Obviously the owners and the employees do not care.will never go back again

Most awful food weve tasted while being at myrtlw beach. Service was awful. Im a waitress an absolutley crappy service from these people.

Delicious large portions, very friendly service and staff

My wife and I have given this place a few tries. They continue to disappoint. Snail service with an attitude and the food is average with margaritas so bad they could double as solvent.

Salsa had a great flavor and the chips were hot! We ate their on a Monday night and the place was kind of slow. The food was good just not the best Mexican food that I've ever had. We had the chimichangas, shrimp tacos, kids chicken and cheese quessidilla. The staff was very courteous and fast. We would revisit.

Visiting North Myrtle Beach and trying new dinning places can some times be a bust, but the food here is Excellent. Everything is perfectly flavored and cooked perfectly...waiter was pleasant also!

This place has really gone downhill!! Wait staff is very inattentive, almost to the point of rude. The food used to be good, but the last couple of times it has been very inconsistent. Tried coming back in hopes that it could redeem itself- to no avail. Very disappointing.

The service was okay. All the food was very salty and salsa was awful. Sweet tea was the only thing that was good.

Mexico Lindo was one of the original Mexican Restaurants in North Myrtle Beach, and in my opinion is the best. I have never had a meal here that was not perfectly presented and exactly as I ordered. The prices are some of the best as well. I recommend the chimichangas, burritos, and chili relenos. When I want Mexican food, this is my first choice.

Food very tasty. Price very reasonable. Waitress very friendly. Our new to go place when wanting Mexican for sure.

Worst mexican food spot ever. Ordered some french fries for my little daughter turned out that it tasted like the frying oil was very old. Price is high. Not going back there any more.

Very good and good service. We have been looking for good Mexican food since we moved here 4 years ago I think we have found it.

The food was a little greasy and just not that tasteful to be honest. The service was not food at all either. It took forever to get our drinks and bill. The food came relatively quick. It's cheap and there wasn't a wait on seats at 6:30. I wouldn't really recommend it at all though unless you just didn't want to wait for Mexican foods at a better Mexican restaurant.

One of our go to Mexican Restaurants here in NMB - If you are craving Mexican Food, try this one out!

I eat out about 200 meals each year and can say unequivocally that the meals that we were served here were the most screwed up that I have ever seen in any restaurant. We ordered 5 meals and 3 were incorrect. We ordered in English and confirmed the orders in Spanish. We requested chicken and we were served beef on 3 orders, we asked for a chicken taco salad without cheese and received a salad with both beef and cheese. Etc. Although the manager was apologetic, the dinner was a wreck. Then, if that wasn't enough, the food was mediocre. 1 star for service, 2 stars for taste, 3 for decor. With the hundreds of restaurants in the area, I have visited this one for the last time. On a positive note, the place was very clean.

Food was good and they give a locals card , so the 9th time you go it is a free entree.

This restaurant is nothing fancy but they serve good food and drinks at a fair price and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Never too crowded and food is good. Service has always been quick.

I don't usually post anything about any restaurant but this place was by far the worst restaurant I have ever been to. We waited 15 min to be seated and another 15 for drinks then 45 min for our food not to mention all of our drink glasses were empty at one point and we had to ask another server to bring us drinks.

Hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever been to. They have a delicious homemade salsa they serve with crispy chips as an appetizer. All of the food tasted authentic and fresh. Their margarita was so good my boyfriend and I had to get a 2nd. Our waiter was friendly and so helpful with his recommendations too! I only have nice things to say about this place. We came to the restaurant grouchy and tired after driving 10 hours to our hotel and we left happy and full with leftovers. We will be coming back. Highly recommend.

Surprisingly authentic and delicious Mexican food on the strip in North Myrtle Beach. The Carnitas were some of the best I've ever had and the plain taco ground beef was perfectly seasoned. Good service and family-friendly, highly recommended.
